Joe Watson Kwaiken - Patina/Cord Wrapped
The Kwaiken from Joe is truly a showcase of skill. The modified tanto blade shape has found favor with old world warriors as well as modern defensive experts for its elegant smaller size that can be devastating when employed effectively. Joe's interpretation of this design is a very practical tool for EDC as well as defensive applications in either the forward or reverse grip. The blade features a long, double hollow ground main bevel with upper swedge and 'heavy' reinforced tip built up for piercing. The handle has a fine cord resin-cured wrapping resulting in an extremely 'grippy' handle and yet remains easy to carry without being overly abrasive on your clothing and skin. Included is a molded kydex sheath ready to accept your preferred mounting solution.
