Joe Watson Good Sport - Satin/Carbon Fiber w/Tracker Dan Sheath
About the Good Sport Model: Folders are great, but the fact is that they are nowhere near as quick and surefire to deploy as a fixed blade. The problem is carrying and concealing fixed blades. The Good Sport is a well rounded size for a super discreet waist carry in non permissive environments while still being sizeable enough for your everyday cutting tasks. The drop point blade is excellent at all sorts of utilitarian tasks as well as your go to defensive blade. The thick stock with hollow ground edge makes for a stout knife with superb slicing capabilities. The larger handle is easy to control in multiple positions, yet sized to be carried all day. Comes with an ambi Tracker Dan Kydex sheath with an IWB clip.
The Blade: Hand hollow ground drop point blade profile with upper swedge and textured cave man flats and satin grinds.
The Handle: Contoured and textured carbon fiber scales.
The Sheath: Ambidextrous Tracker Dan kydex sheath with integrated IWB clip.
About Joe Watson: Joe Watson is like the stealth Bomber of the knife making world (back when it was classified). There tend to be knife collectors, and then knife users, and by users we mean guys doing serious stuff that train with a blade as a way of life. If you have heard of Joe Watson, they have probably come from these users. No flash, no hype. Just clean, purpose built, hand crafted defensive tools.
