Winkler Knives Fixed: Contingency

Like the name suggests, the Contingency is the perfect lightweight EDC or backup blade, and is excellent for concealed carry roles. The slimmer blade is great for your every day tasks. The handle profile makes for a solid grip, whether regualar or reversed, and aids in a sure and fast draw.

The Blade: The flat ground drop point profile is an excellent all-round performing profile with Caswell black oxide finish. Tapered tang for weight savings and balance.

The Handle: Contoured profile with lanyard/wrist strap hole. Curved profile "hooks" into hand, and is great for standard or reverse grips.

The Sheath: Kydex scabbard with soft liner and multiple carry options such as clip on and belt loop, both vertical and horizontal. Note: Some photos picture older sheath configurations. This is the current sheath:

Note: Winkler products are hand finished. Every scale has been hand contoured, and sculpting is done by hand. Additionally, materials vary a little bit, whether it be due to natural variations in wood, different batches of micarta or G10, or anything else.
