About the Analog Press Pen Series (formerly the Retro Click): Sometimes, the old school is the best school. As much as us Monkey's love vintage goods, we will (sometimes) grudgingly admit that using old gear has it's hassles, and using new, modern made gear is convenient (but without some of the old-school style). Enter Tuff Writer's Analog Press. The Analog Press takes a more vintage approach to its design with a smooth body and near-seamless transition to the tip, with no grip or scallops. This makes for a more classic and decidedly less 'tactical' vibe, perfect for a lower profile and refined look. The Analog Press takes that legendary TuffWriter build quality, durability, and attention to detail, and puts it in a slightly smaller package. In addition, the Retro Click features the Tuff Writer designed and produced clicking mechanism for trouble free operation. The Analog Press series provides an easy to carry, discreet, writing tool that is ready for hard use!
- Deliberately less "tactical" and more discreet in appearance with smooth body
- Tuff Writer's durable 416-SS advancing mechanism
- Stainless steel tip
- Compatible with with Fisher, Parker and Foray form factor cartridges easy to find at even the big box stores or Amazon
About the Tuff Writer Mechanism: Tuff Writer is always looking to improve all aspects of their gear. The single part of their pens that was not produced by them was the click mechanism. The Tuff Writer team figured they could build a better mousetrap and decided to design and produce their own mechanism that would provide better function and far greater durability than anything else on the market. After years of development, it is here. 100% machined in USA stainless steel for years of trouble free operation.
