Steve Ryan: Barong - Satin/Micarta

By now you should know that Steve Ryan kind of has a thing for making big, big folding knives. Well, the Barong definitely has that down pat! The big ol' hollow hand ground blade is .205 inches thick and has Steve's tool room satin finish with brushed flats and satin grinds and thumbhole for opening. The Barong also has a flipper tab to deploy the blade. Needless to say, this bad boy is not "girl jeans pocket" friendly! The full titanium frame features machined details and a micarta showside scale. The frame has a flame anodized finish with multi color details. The frame's bevel has been hand sculpted in the right spots for extra grip. The large Ryan pocket clip is here for keeping that heavy knife put.
