Milt Sparks Holsters: Summer Special
The original Bruce Nelson Summer Special, designed in '67, is arguably the most iconic IWB holster ever made. Milt Sparks began producing his Summer Special in the mid-70's with Bruce's permission to help meet the demand that Bruce alone could not. Milt's Summer Special took the design, and tweaked it to add some of his own additions. The medium ride height, "FBI" rake, and close carry positioning makes the S/S one of the most concealable holsters from Milt Sparks. These make for all-day comfort and fast access to the full grip of your carry, while keeping larger footprint pistols concealed. The Summer Special is traditionally offered with a rough-out cowhide construction with smooth out mouth band and loops. This lets the rougher side grip your clothing to help keep the holster in place, while keeping the smooth side on the inside to reduce wear to finishes. The steel-reinforced cowhide mouth band that makes sure that the top stays open and ready, even when empty and being pressed in by your belt and pants. Sewn in sight rails to give clearance for your front sight, so there are no snags when drawing or re-holstering. One-way Snap loops for easy donning and doffing of the holster.
Note: these holsters are not optics-ready unless denoted on the model selection with "Optics Ready". Optics compatibility depends on the exact optic you are using, so be aware that some will not fit.

Notes on Leather:
What do leather items and underwear have in common? In both cases people don't want to buy one that somebody else has tried on.
