Kiku Matsuda's Badger is a mid sized stout blade with a thicker overall build filling the combat role. The tanto blade profile has a Hamaguri-ba (convex zero-grind) bevel and sharpened top edge. This puts more strength and weight behind the edge, making for a beefy do it all blade. The Badger is ground from OU-31 for excellent edge retention. The spine has extra jimping for better control during finer cutting tasks and features a cut out to implement the knife the way you would a push dagger. The G10 handles are sculpted to help the knife stay put during hard use. Comes in a molded kydex sheath and DOTS Mount.
The Blade: Tanto profile with Sharpened top edge and Hamaguri-ba (convex zero-grind) edge. Acid etched finish with polished edge.
The Handle: G10 grip scales with sculpted texture for added (but not too aggressive) grip.
