Introduced late 2016 as a custom knife, the production Jurassic is finally here! The overbuilt frame contours with your hand and palm resulting in a super sure and comfortable grip. The frame drops towards the blade giving perfect spot to place your thumb, and the blade jimping helps keep your hand from slipping and give more grip for finer work. Two finger grooves rear of the flipper tab add even more comfort and grip. Overall, the natural hand position on the Jurassic almost feels like the grip you get when choking up on an XM-18 3.5 inch without having to put your finger forward of the flipper. Included Hinderer Modular Backspacer System . G10 scale has Dinosaur Skin pattern, with textured flats and 'scale' engraved texture.
Tri-Way Pivot System: Hinderer's new Tri-Way pivot system lets you configure your Jurassic further than ever before! The system lets the end-user configure their knife's pivot system to their own personal preference, with choice of bearing, teflon washers or bronze phosphor washers. Simply disassemble the knife*, and install whichever option suits your needs!
Note: Disassembly of pivot is required to change pivot system. Hinderer Armorer Tool is recommended for the job. Remember, use the right tools, or feel like a fool! Last three pictures are for reference on the Tri-Way system and may not picture actual knife model/variation.

The Blade: Slicer Style blade profile that is similar to the classic Spearpoint profile, and is an excellent all-round blade. Finished with Rick's Working Finish.
The Frame: Titanium lock side and scale liner are titanium with Hinderer's Working Finish. G10 scale featuring the standard XM texture.
