VZ Grips makes hard use grips for handguns. The Frag Grip pattern is nice and grippy, while not being overly abrasive on your skin when wearing next to body or on your hands. These are 'full profile' (as opposed to the thin) stocks and use regular size screws and bushings and sized for full size 1911's.
