Description

The SOCOM Elite is back, baby! The Elite, unlike the Delta and Bravo, is a liner lock style knife. This allows for both a more streamlined and symmetrical looking knife. Additionally, the Elite uses a more flat frame profile, giving more real estate for your hand to lock in to and allowing for use of inlays in the frame. The liner still features a replaceable lock face for easy care and maintenance, and the frame utilizes standard Torx style hardware. The two frame sides feature built-in backspacers that bridge the gap between the frame sides.

The Blade: Hand double hollow ground tanto profile from M390 with upper swedge grind and flat ground tip bevel, finished with stonewashed grinds and brushed satin flats.

The Frame: Kind of hard to describe the cool color on the hard anodized aluminum frame. Depending on the light, it can look super dark brown, or almost plumb. By plumb we mean think like the sets of polymer Russian AK furniture. The brass inlays have a hand rubbed satin brushed finish that looks almost fluid in the light, and really pops against the flat finish on the frame. All hardware with fine blasted finish. Carbide glass breaker tip is small enough to be non-intrusive yet get the job done. All hardware is standard Torx style.

Comes in Marfione Custom deluxe packaging:
  • Carbon fiber look outer box
  • Nylon pouch with metal dagger zipper pull
  • Metal dagger logo velcro patch
  • Dagger logo microfiber cloth
  • Signed metal certificate of authenticity
Note: Serial number may vary from pictured.

Notes on Brass: This is a disclaimer for all you folks who slept through high school chemistry class or somehow not aware of the nature of brass. All metals will change colors and looks over time depending on use, environment etc. This is especially true with brass. This means it may get a darker, may change colors with patina, or it may get shiny and polished where it is rubbed by another material (like say your pocket). If ya want it to stay all shiny and new looking, you will have to keep polishing it with a product like Brasso or any of the homegrown solutions you can find with an internet search. OR, you can accept that what makes brass a cool material is that your piece will change over time and tell its own stories and truly become one of a kind.
